Fine Arts Scholarship Questionnaire

Thank you for expressing an interest in USF's Fine Arts Departments. We are eager to learn more about you!

Please complete the form below if you are interested in participating in these fantastic departments, and indicate if you would like to audition for music and/or theatre scholarships or if you would like to submit an art portfolio.

You do not have to be a music or theatre major or minor to be considered for a performance scholarship. The information you provide below will be delivered to the faculty members in your interest areas and our admissions office.

Personal Information

Music

Please answer the following questions, if you are interested in participating in any of USF's music programs.

Instrumental Music

Are you interested in auditioning for an instrumental music scholarship?
Will you need us to provide an accompanist for your audition? (A faculty accompanist can be provided free of charge but is not required.)

Vocal Music

Are you interested in auditioning for a vocal music scholarship?
An accompanist is required for this audition. Will you need us to provide an accompanist for your audition? (A faculty accompanist can be provided free of charge.)

Theatre

Please answer the following questions, if you are interested in participating in USF's theatre program.

Are you interested in auditioning for a theatre scholarship?

Please list the title of the show(s) you have participated in and your role or responsibility (i.e. character name or stage manager, run crew, light operator, etc.)

Art

Are you interested in submitting an art portfolio to be considered for an art scholarship?

Great! Art portfolios must be submitted on or before February 1st to Brittany.Hanson@usiouxfalls.edu.

You MUST be an Art major or minor to be considered for an Art Scholarship.

Audition

To be considered for a performance scholarship, an audition is required for students coming to USF next year (i.e. high school seniors and transfer students). High school sophomores and juniors do not need to audition until their senior year.
